Liabilities FRM

1.Must be currently working with Bank in FRM/FCU/RIC/RCU department.

2.Conducting end to end pre and post disbursement fraud checks for Retail products especially like Current Account, Saving Account, Mobile Banking Account etc.

3.Experience in other retail products would be an added advantage.

4.Expertise in analyzing & investigating complex retail related fraud, internal or external fraud matters, customer fraud and any other potential fraud.

5.Conduct end-to-end investigation, provide root cause analysis, and maintaining a case management for data integrity & easy retrieval.

6.Investigate escalations by other departments and concluded logical and appropriate corrective action taken on identified frauds within stipulated timelines.

7.Allocation of sampled cases to FRM vendors for verification and ensure timely closure of the same.

8.Ensure, implementing, reviewing & evaluating dept. objectives.

9.Proficient in conducting trainings and Fraud awareness sessions/workshops for employees, business associates and branches.
