Gold Loan Product Team1. MIS & Reports

- Prepare various daily / weekly / monthly reports and publish them as per the reporting calendar

- Analysing various data sets to identify trends and presenting them to the Product & Sales Head

- Perparing various presentations for reviews & trainings

- Identify and target potential customers (individuals, small businesses, etc.) needing gold loans.

2. Branch Co-ordination

- Coordinating with GLOs at Branches to help them implement all processes and system requirements at branch level. Training GLOs on system entries & processes on an ongoing basis

- Collating issues faced at branch level and presenting it to the Product Head

3. Internal Stake Holder Coordination

- Coordinating with Procurement, Marketing, IT, HR, Credit, Operations, Collections & Customer Service Team for action items pertaining to Gold Loan

4. Competition Analysis & Customer Insights

- Collating Competition data from Gold Loan Sales team and tracking competition activity on a regular basis

- Mystery Shopping at compeition branches

- Conduct customer interviews to get feedback and insights
