Executive Commercial - Khasa

Role & responsibilities

This role is responsible for managing the commercial Production, supply chain and delivery of orders with the objective of cost optimization, smooth operation and efficient resource management.

Production booking:

• Understanding of material and production booking
• Check floor actual wastages.
• Wastages trends analyse.

Dispatch:

• Coordinate with S & OP planning team and sales for dispatch plan and Execute CVIL and CSD Permits.
• Follow-up with suppliers/transporters for orders/ deliveries.

Reporting:

• Prepare timely and accurate dispatch reports daily basis.
• Production wastages trend analysis.
• Report current expenditure and utilization of resources.
• Implement contingency plan for fluctuations in demand.
• Assist Manager for preparation of daily & monthly MIS.
• Prepare updated database on vendor, pricing, and manufacturer information.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience / skills required:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field. 2 - 7 years relevant functional experience in Purchase, materials control, procurement and inventory functions.
• Knowledge of Production booking, purchase, Materials Management and Warehousing practices.
• Good planning & Organizing Skills.
• High Flexibility and Problem Solving.
• High level of professionalism, Integrity and commitment.
• Ability to analyse complex data, draw connections and advocate a coherent strategy for improvement.
