Oversee the operations of multiple departments, ensuring effective coordination and alignment of activities

Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to assess company performance and take corrective actions as needed

Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as shareholders, board members, and regulatory authorities
