The candidates must posses educational qualification with BE Mechanical. Having for more than 3-8 years of experience in any manufacturing industries.

Role & responsibilities

• Plan a production schedule for the job
• Team working.
• Implement and control the production schedule
• Good verbal communication & written communication skills.
• Manage human and material resources to meet production targets
• Problem solving skills.
• Make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement
• Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations
• Set product quality standards
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Monitor quality standards of products
• Excellent technical skills & knowledge.
• Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems
• Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution and management.
• Production with maintenance experience.
• Hindi is must.
