Pricing Manager

What success looks like in this role:

Manages pricing of the organizations services in order to stay competitive in the market. Supports pricing policies, and oversees the maintenance of historical pricing data. Prepares moderately complex and/or large proposals, supports contract negotiations and administration of contracting activities in accordance with company s policies and procedures, applicable law and customer requirements. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires and evaluation of intangible variables. Provides guidance and strategy options to sales, client executives, service line management, and business development teams for financial modeling and pricing. Regularly interfaces with leadership on matters concerning medium to complex proposals. May supervise and serve as a mentor to staff. Ability to interact with all levels of leadership.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Bachelors degree and 6+ years experience in contracts/pricing or equivalent related work experience, generally including supervisory/mentoring responsibility Advanced pricing and technical knowledge. Excellent presentation, teambuilding and leadership skills. Ability to perform in complex cross functional business environment. Lead and/or assist with the negotiation of terms and conditions, identify risk and present risk mitigation strategy in both RFP and contract reviews. Must have strong written and verbal skills. Work independently to meet time sensitive deadlines. Must have experience with standard concepts, practices, and procedures relating to commercial and government contracting Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
