As a Sales Consultant, you ll consult, sell and ensure accurate bookings of group and tailored FIT trips. You ll be the first point of contact for our external customers, ensuring all queries are responded to quickly. You ll constantly follow through with customers, securing sales and ensuring high quality of our booking-to-departure process. You ll also engage in building itineraries and customized options both proactively and on-request. Ultimately by collaborating with our Contracting and Reservations teams, you ll contribute to exceptional customer service, trusting relationships and repeat business for our local DMC!
To provide the best experience for our people, this role would operate from our office in New Delhi, India (hybrid).
Some of the experience you ll bring with you may include:
Prior experience in Sales is essential, with the ability to achieve high conversion rates.
Strong destination/ regional and local travel knowledge
Amazing customer service, time management and organizational skills
Proven ability to use systems accurately
Postgraduate Diploma/ Degree in Travel Tourism would be an added advantage
