About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the ERP market.
You will leverage your technical background and strong communication skills to build relationships with key decision-makers, generate leads, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential clients within the target market.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Generate and nurture leads through various channels (e., networking, cold calling, email campaigns, industry events).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives (CIOs, CFOs, CEOs) at target accounts.
- Understand customer business needs and challenges, and propose relevant ERP solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our ERP solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term client relationships.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the ERP market.
- Monitor market dynamics and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Qualifications: Experience: 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the ERP or IT industry.
Education: Master's/Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and their applications.
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and technology.
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Strong understanding of business development principles, sales cycles, and market dynamics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to conduct market research and identify target accounts
