We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist with a strong background in AI and ML to join our team and help us unlock the full potential of our data.

Job Summary :

- As a Senior Data Scientist, you will lead the development and deployment of AI/ML models to solve complex business problems, optimize processes, and deliver actionable insights.

- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that drive measurable outcomes.

- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI/ML algorithms, experience with SQL databases, and a proven track record of delivering impactful AI/ML solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML models to solve business challenges and optimize decision-making.

- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from SQL databases and other sources to ensure data quality and usability.

- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines to support AI/ML workflows and analytics.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and translate them into AI/ML solutions.

- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.

- Develop and implement predictive and prescriptive models using state-of-the-art AI/ML techniques.

- Create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate model outputs and insights to non-technical audiences.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML, including deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.

- Mentor and guide junior data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in data science, with a strong focus on AI/ML and SQL databases.

- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.

- Expertise in programming languages such as Python or R, with hands-on experience in AI/ML libraries (e.g, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.

- Experience with deep learning frameworks and techniques (e.g , neural networks, NLP, computer vision).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g, AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies (e.g , Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.

- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g , Tableau, Power BI) and libraries (e.g , Matplotlib, Seaborn).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex AI/ML concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with A/B testing, experimental design, and causal inference.

- Knowledge of MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.

- Experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, e-commerce, or retail.

- Publications or contributions to AI/ML research or open-source projects.
