Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality or co-working spaces and a passion for creating and maintaining vibrant community environments.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the multiple properties, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive community atmosphere.
- Coordinate and manage events and activities to engage community members.
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless property management.
- Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and financial reports.
- Ensure the properties are well-maintained and meets all safety and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality, co-working spaces, or related fields.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in property management software is a plus.
-Mumbai Locals are preferred .
