Job Description
Position: Operations Intern/ Executive
Location: Mahalaxmi, Mumbai
Company Name : Union Living
Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing and resolving any queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist the Property Manager in coordinating day-to-day operations across the property, ensuring smooth functioning of all services.
- Work closely with the operations team to monitor and maintain the property, including housekeeping, maintenance, and security.
- Identify and escalate any operational issues to the Property Manager and ensure timely resolution in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Help facilitate seamless check-ins and check-outs for residents, including key management and ensuring rooms are ready for new tenants.
- Support the tracking and management of property inventory, including supplies and equipment.
- Maintain records of resident interactions, queries, and resolutions, and assist in generating reports for the Property Manager.
- Current student or recent graduate in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with residents and team members.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with technology
