Responsibilities:
Client Communication: Exhibit excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively, addressing inquiries and building strong relationships.
Lead Management: Proactively call potential customers, follow up on leads, and schedule site visits to showcase properties.
Project Presentation: Clearly and confidently explain project details, including features, benefits, pricing, and available options, ensuring clients are well-informed.
Negotiation & Deal Closure: Skillfully negotiate terms, address client concerns, and guide them through the deal closure process to ensure successful transactions.
CRM Management: Efficiently use CRM tools for lead tracking, follow-ups, and maintaining accurate customer records.
Collaboration with Builders & Developers: Coordinate with property developers and management teams to stay updated on project progress, inventory, and market trends.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by adopting effective sales strategies and maintaining a results-driven approach.
Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability in negotiation and closing sales deals.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in real estate sales is a plus.
