JOB Description

• Telecom Billing Cycle Management:
  
• Oversee the entire telecom billing cycle, from data collection and processing to the final generation of billing reports.
• Ensure the accuracy of customer billing details, including tariffs, charges, and discounts.
• Review and validate billing data from various sources (CRM systems, usage data, etc.) for accuracy before finalization.
• Coordinate with finance and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate billing for all telecom services.
• MIS Reporting & Analysis:
  
• Prepare and present regular MIS (Management Information System) reports on billing trends, customer usage, revenue, and other key performance metrics.
• Design and automate reports to track billing performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze billing data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas of concern related to the telecom billing cycle.
• Advanced Excel Usage:
  
• Use advanced Excel features (pivot tables, macros, complex formulas, VLOOKUP, etc.) to manipulate and analyze large datasets.
• Automate repetitive tasks through Excel and other tools to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track key billing and operational metrics in real time.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement reporting solutions and systems that align with business needs.
• Data Management & Validation:
  
• Collect, clean, and maintain large datasets from multiple systems and departments.
• Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and consistency in all telecom billing and reporting systems.
• Manage data integration between different systems to ensure seamless reporting and accurate analysis.
• Collaboration & Communication:
  
• Work closely with the finance, customer service, and operations teams to address any billing-related concerns or discrepancies.
• Provide support and insights to cross-functional teams as needed to improve overall business performance.
• Communicate effectively with senior management, providing clear insights and updates on billing cycle status and issues.
