Role & responsibilities


Job Purpose:

The MIS Executive is responsible for managing, organizing, and reporting data, analyzing trends, and providing actionable insights to help optimize

recruitment processes. This role ensures the availability of timely, accurate, and relevant data to

assist in decision-making and reporting.


Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management and Reporting:

  • Maintain and manage recruitment data within the applicant tracking system (ATS)

and other internal databases.

  • Develop and generate daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruitment reports,

including metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire, and other key

performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Prepare and present detailed dashboards and visual reports for the recruitment

team and senior management.

  • Automate routine reports and data collection processes to improve efficiency.

• Data Analysis:

  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, challenges, and areas of

improvement.

  • Provide insights on recruitment performance, suggesting process improvements

based on data findings.

  • Track and monitor recruitment campaigns, performance, and the impact of

various sourcing strategies.

  • Assist the recruitment team by providing data-driven recommendations for

optimizing recruitment strategies.

• Process Improvement and Automation:

  • Assist in identifying gaps in the current recruitment processes and contribute to

the implementation of data-driven solutions.

  • Collaborate with IT and HRIS teams to ensure smooth integration of recruitment

systems and tools.

  • Work on automating repetitive reporting tasks to streamline the recruitment

operations.


• Collaboration and Support:

  • Collaborate with recruitment managers and HR business partners to gather and

understand reporting requirements.

  • Provide support to the recruitment team by offering regular updates, insights, and

any other relevant data analysis.
