Full Stack Developer - eCommerce Platform (3-8 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Website Maintenance : Regularly update and maintain the eCommerce website, ensuring all functionalities operate smoothly.

- Design, develop, and implement new features to enhance the user experience.

- Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

- Monitor and improve website performance, including load times and responsiveness.

- Work closely with marketing, design, and product management teams to understand business needs and deliver effective solutions.

- Modify and enhance website themes, integrations, and applications to align with branding and functionality requirements.

- Provide troubleshooting and technical support for any platform-related issues.

- Maintain thorough documentation of code changes, updates, and best practices for future reference.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer or a similar role in eCommerce.

- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Ruby on Rails, etc.).

- Experience with APIs, third-party integrations, and customization of eCommerce platforms.

- Hands-on experience with responsive design and development best practices.

- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

- Knowledge of eCommerce best practices and SEO optimization is a plus.

Education & Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

- 3+ years of experience working with eCommerce platforms.
