Technical Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Oversee multiple Software Development projects to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
- Staff Onboarding: Streamline and manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into their respective projects.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment to keep morale and productivity high among team members.
- Account Management: Actively seek opportunities within existing accounts to enhance service offerings through cross-selling and upskilling initiatives.
- Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. Regular onsite visits and interactions to align project goals with client expectations.
- Job Descriptions:Translate high-level job descriptions into clear and effective job postings to attract the right talent.
- Closely work with the Sales team to Mine the account and grow as per the agreed targets.

Education:

Bachelors in IT / Engineering & Computer Science.
- 7+yrs of Experience and minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role and staff deliverables, particularly in an IT or tech-focused environment.
