Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java technologies, government website and portal creation, proposal support, and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end to end delivery of managed services projects, ensuring they meet client requirements & timelines.
• Oversee the development & maintenance of government websites using Java technologies.
• Support proposal process by contributing technical expertise & preparing presentations.
• Address and resolve customer queries and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Overall 10 Plus experience and minimum of 7 years of experience in technical delivery management, with a focus on Java technologies.
• Proven experience in managed-services projects in website and portal projects.
• Strong understanding of proposal development and customer presentation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in a customer-facing role, with a track record of high customer satisfaction.
