Area Credit Manager - Enterprise Mortgage Loan - CA (4-10 yrs)

Area Credit Manager - EML

Responsibilities:

- Underwriting of Enterprise Mortgage Loan& Machinery Loan.

- Make optimal use of the Loan Origination System and Loan Management system.

- Maintain Credit TAT.

- Manage Credit Underwriting as per policy.

- Monitor Delinquency and NPA to budgeted levels for the product.

- Manage Credit Cost as per approved budgets.

- Give feedback to Credit Policy based on experience of underwriting.

- Data Slicing/ Analysis and publishing of the reports.

- PDD monitoring.

- Industry Analysis.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.

- Proven experience in mortgage loans and loan against property (LAP) for - Enterprise Mortgage Loans.

Strong background in Machinery Loans, including experience with:

- Machinery and equipment finance.

- Construction equipment financing.

- Working capital loans.

- Unsecured business loans.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
