Location: Madhapur, Hyd, TG 500081 

Year of Experience: 3-5

Compensation: As per market 

Timings: 6:30 PM to 4:00 AM IST (Night Shifts)

Job Summary:

Pharma Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing highly qualified pharmaceutical professionals on contract assignments with top Vendor companies in the United States. You will play a pivotal role in building strong relationships with Vendors and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Role & responsibilities:

• Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Screening and Selection: Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and video interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Vendor Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with vendors, understand their specific needs, and provide tailored solutions.
• Candidate Relationship Management: Provide exceptional candidate experience, including regular communication, timely feedback, and assistance with the onboarding process.
• Negotiation: Negotiate competitive compensation packages and contract terms with both vendors and candidates.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including immigration laws and labor regulations.
• Sales and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue them.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record in US Pharma staffing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and dedication to achieving results.
