We have opening for Asst. Manager - Admin in Mumbai.

JD:

1. Preventive maintenance of office assets and property:
(Prepare a Plan with team. AMC Schedule: chart to be prepared and reviewed. Allocate floor wise responsibilities / job card)

2. To develop administration plan for smooth running of operations of entire office/Factory. This would involve:

a. Cleaning and hygiene standards

b. Catering Services. Canteen: As per quality standards (Canteen visit)

c. Periodic disposal of scrap from the office premises

3. Ensure regular updation / maintenance of the various databases & file by the team for easy access, availability and reliability

4. To ensure office supplies are maintained by regular monitoring of inventories & make available as & when needed

5. Work closely with External audit team & ensure that all processes under the purview of Factory, Health & Safety & other administrative areas are followed

6. Audit to be conducted once in a year(for all employees), for workers in hazardous - twice in a year

7. Transport Management Manage & oversee transport facilities (arrangement of bus) for the employees through effective co-ordination with the vendor

8. Additional Projects : Undertake additional projects & ensure timely completion within the set budget. Timely procurement of machineries and other factory/office related materials

9. Responsible to give timely support for Events, Games, Engagement Activities
