Job description:
1. Contractual Labor Management :-
a. On-boarding and induction :- Get the documentation completed from new joiners and hire in tool. Brief the process and procedures of the employment.
b. Offer Letter role out :- co-ordinate with vendor and get the LOI & offer letter role out to candidates.
c. Attendance and Leave management :- Validate leave application systematically and collaboratively compile the attendance for payroll process.
d. Payroll :- Input preparation, vendor input, co-ordinate with vendor for the salary register and invoice.
e. Invoice validation and payout co-ordination :- validation of the salary register, follow the approval matrix and submit the invoice along with required report to finance. Follow up with finance for payment. Co-ordinate vendor on timely salary payout.
f. Separation management :- Associate exit management, Clearance co-ordination, exit input for F&F process etc.
g. Labor compliance :- Must be updated in all labor law updates.
2. Background verification (BGV) :- Should know the process of BGV.
3. HR letter preparation :- Drafting of letters, like PIP, Show cause, employment Etc.
4. Employee file management :- Should know the DMS
5. HR MIS and reports :- ready to learn new tool and maintain the HRIS records in tool.
