About the role:

The .NET Lead will manage and mentor a team of .NET developers, ensuring high-quality software development, efficient problem-solving, and adherence to best practices. This role involves leading development efforts, designing solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet business needs.

Responsibilties:

• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and guide the development team, ensuring quality and timely delivery of projects.
• Development: Design, implement, and maintain .NET applications (C#, ASP.NET, Web API, etc.).
• Collaboration: Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Code Review: Ensure best practices in coding, performance optimization, and maintainability.
• Project Management: Track progress, manage risks, and report on development timelines.
• Continuous Improvement: Promote the use of agile processes, CI/CD, and modern development practices.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 5+ years in .NET development, 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Skills: Proficient in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, SQL, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Leadership: Strong experience leading teams, providing guidance, and ensuring code quality.
• Methodologies: Experience with Agile/Scrum, version control (Git), and CI/CD practices
