.Net Lead

Job Summary:-

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled .NET Lead to join our team. The .NET Lead will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and efficient .NET-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software architecture, development, and cloud technologies, with a deep understanding of the .NET ecosystem. Should be able to lead a team of 10-15 members.

Must have skills:

• Strong Communication skills
• Frameworks and Tools: Strong proficiency in .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#, Angular, Entity Framework, and related technologies
• Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, etc.) and cloud-native architecture design.
• Database Design: Strong knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB), including database design, optimization, and query performance.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Lead a team of 10-15 people.
• Define the technical direction of the project, including the project specifications and technical standards
• Prepare design documents.
• Work directly with the client to deliver the project.
