Role Overview: As a Center Head at Unacademy, you will be responsible for managing the overall operations, growth, and performance of the center. This includes overseeing team management, student engagement, business development, and ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the center operations, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Drive student acquisition, retention, and satisfaction through effective strategies.
• Hire, train, and manage a team of educators and support staff.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost brand presence.
• Ensure achievement of targets and KPIs related to revenue and student success.
• Maintain high levels of operational efficiency and quality service.
• Foster a positive and motivating environment for both staff and students.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in educational operations, management, or leadership roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred:

• Experience in managing a learning center or educational business.
• Familiarity with EdTech and online learning platforms.
