Project Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards.
  
• Plan, schedule, and track projects from initiation to delivery using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
  
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; manage resources allocation; and identify potential risks and mitigate them proactively.
  
• Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients through regular meetings, reports (weekly/monthly), and status updates.
  
• Conduct site visits to monitor electrical erections at substations & switchyards.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in industrial automation projects with expertise in electrical engineering/electricity/PLC SCADA systems.
  
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Any Specialization required.
  
• Strong understanding of project coordination principles; proficiency in project documentation creation using software such as CSS.
