Resource Management: Managing project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure optimal utilization and efficiency
Progress Monitoring: Tracking project progress, identifying potential issues or delays, and implementing solutions to keep the project on track
Quality Assurance: Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with client or stakeholder expectations
Communication: Acting as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, clients, and senior management, providing updates, and addressing concerns or queries
