Product Intern

Job Description: We seek highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about product development and technology to join our product team as interns. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for freshers and recent graduates/Final-year students to gain practical experience, learn from industry experts, and contribute to real-world projects that impact our products directly. Duration: 6 Months

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, engineers, and QA to assist in the end-to-end product development process.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in the market.
• Assist in defining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features or enhancements in Jira. (Jira Knowledge will be a Plus)
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative ideas for product improvements and innovations.
• Support the product team in conducting user testing and feedback sessions to gather insights for iterative improvements.
• Analyze user data and feedback to make data-driven decisions and recommendations for product enhancements.
• Help in coordinating product launches, ensuring smooth execution, and monitoring product performance post-launch.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create product-related content and support marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

• Strong passion for technology and product development, with a desire to build a career in the Insure-Tech/Fin-tech domain.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive product decisions
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
• Prior internship or project experience related to product management is a plus but not mandatory.
