About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and organized PR Intern to assist with the growing demands in our Press & Communication department. As AVPL continues to expand across multiple states, the workload related to our PR activities has increased significantly. This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about public relations, media coordination, and content creation. You will work directly with the team to support various PR tasks, especially related to our expanding portfolio, which includes AVPL International, Drone Planet, Farmers City, and media outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Press Release Drafting: Assist in drafting and distributing English press releases for various projects and updates.
• Task Coordination: Help schedule and organize the daily tasks of the team to ensure efficient workflows.
• Media Liaison: Coordinate with journalists, including making follow-up calls and sharing relevant press materials to build relationships and keep media informed.
• PR Strategy Contribution: Collaborate on developing PR strategies, particularly for on-ground engagements and events.
• PR Activity Execution: Support the smooth execution of pending PR activities and ensure deadlines are met.
• Event-based PR Strategy: Assist in managing PR strategy and execution for events, ensuring all elements align with the overall communication plan.
• Content Assistance: Help compile and curate content for Preet Maams success story.
• State-wise PR Coordination: Assist in managing PR activities, including drafting and executing state-wise press releases and coordination for various locations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing).
• Skills & Experience:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to draft clear and compelling press releases and other PR materials.
• Basic knowledge of PR strategies, media relations, and event coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; familiarity with PR software or social media platforms is a plus.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Detail-oriented and proactive in a fast-paced environment.

Duration: 3 Months
Stipend: 10000 - 15000
