Decoding Youth Talent Pvt. Ltd. is a leading sports tech company funded by IIM Lucknow that is transforming youth football in India. We provide a comprehensive platform for football academies, semi-professional players, and stakeholders to manage operations, enhance player outreach, and stream tournaments

Role Overview:
We are looking for creative and passionate Product Design Intern to join our dynamic team. As a Product Design Intern at DYT, you will work closely with our product and tech teams to create intuitive and engaging designs for our platform, which connects players, coaches, and academies. You will have the opportunity to bring fresh design ideas to life, contributing directly to the user experience of our growing sports tech platform.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile platforms, ensuring user-friendly, clean, and engaging interfaces.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand the needs and pain points of our users (players, coaches, academies).
• Assist in creating visual designs for marketing materials, social media campaigns, and product launches.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative solutions.
• Work on improving the overall design consistency across the platform and other touchpoints.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Product Design, UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, layout, color, and user-centric design.
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A portfolio showcasing previous design work (academic, personal, or professional) is a must.
• Passion for sports, especially football, is a strong plus.
