Project Engineer

• Project Support: Assist the Program Management team in planning, organizing, and executing projects, including product development, vehicle testing, quality management, warranty resolution, PLM systems and manufacturing processes.
  
• Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, risk assessments, and issue logs. Prepare and present reports to key stakeholders to track project performance and identify areas for improvement.
  
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams, including engineering, design, manufacturing, and procurement, to ensure seamless communication, resolve issues, and achieve project objectives .
  
• Timeline and Resource Management: Monitor project schedules, milestones, and resource allocation. Identify potential delays or bottlenecks and propose mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  
• Quality Assurance: Support quality control activities, ensuring that projects meet Ultraviolettes rigorous quality standards. Participate in design reviews, inspections, and testing to identify and address any potential defects or performance issues.
  
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process improvement initiatives by providing valuable insights and suggesting enhancements to existing procedures and workflows.
  
• Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies. Monitor and track risks throughout the project lifecycle, implementing proactive measures to minimize their impact on project outcomes.
  
• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations. Maintain accurate project records, ensuring that all documentation such as EBOM, MBOM is up to date and readily accessible.

• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with automotive engineering concepts and manufacturing processes. Knowledge of electric vehicle technology and battery systems is a plus.
