Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage distributors to achieve sales targets, ensuring timely delivery of products and resolving any issues that may arise.
  
• Handle institutional customers, including government agencies, educational institutions, and hospitals.

• Handle the team and drive for sales growth as per budget

• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-13 years of experience in FMCG industry with expertise in distributor handling and institutional sales.
  
• Strong understanding of local markets across multiple locations (Delhi NCR).
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective team management and relationship-building skills.
