Manager -Quality

Activities:

1. Ensuring internal and external customer specifications are met as per standards

2. Addressing customer complaints on time

3. Continuous quality improvement to meet and delight customers

4. Develop and update quality plan and ensure adherence at the plant on a periodic basis.

5. Ensuring adherence to quality standards by relevant departments to ensure consistency

6. Identify and highlighting deviations in process or product for corrective actions

7. Suggest corrective actions to production where necessary

8. Identify and lead preventive actions as per plan where there is high impact or recurrence of issues

9. Trouble shoot and advice team for analytical deviations in testing process

10. Develop and upkeep system to collect, document and analyse data for improvements in process and product

11. Coaching and mentoring team to constantly sharpen quality skills and perspectives

12. Nurturing quality culture across the plant through knowledge sharing, training, employee participation programs and recognise contributions to quality systems

13. Implement, maintain and sustain systems, certifications and compliances at the plant

14. Monitoring and controlling analytical expenditure
