Job Description
- Maintain and monitor employee attendance records.
- Process and manage employee leave requests and update leave records.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of attendance data for payroll processing.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, including documentation and induction scheduling.
- Maintain employee files and HR databases with up-to-date records.
- Support the coordination of training and development programs.
- Assist in maintaining statutory compliance records, such as PF, ESIC, and labor law documentation.
- Provide support in organizing employee welfare activities and events.
