Toy Designer - Ultra Soft Toys

We are seeking a creative and skilled Toy Designer at Ultra Soft Toys Pvt Ltd to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative, fun, and safe toys for children. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing soft toys, an eye for trends, and a passion for creating products that delight kids and parents alike.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design soft toys using computer programs such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, or other design software.
• Present designs to stakeholders for approval before moving into production.
• Analyze current market trends in soft toy design
• Conduct research on the latest trends in materials, manufacturing processes, and marketing techniques for soft toys.
• Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to ensure designs align with brand standards and market expectations.
• Work with manufacturers to ensure the technical aspects of the design are feasible and meet safety standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in toy design, especially soft toys, or related fields.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and market trends in the toy industry.
• Creative thinking with the ability to develop original ideas that appeal to children.
• A degree or diploma in Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related field is preferred.
