Designation : Manager - PMS HR
Years Of Experience : 7+ Years
Qualification : Graduate, & MBA in HR preferred.
JOB PROFILE :
1) Recruitment, Selection & Induction.
2) Employee Relations:
- To deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when it is required.
- To maintain and improve work culture.
- To organize employee welfare activities.
3) Performance Management for Unit:
- To coordinate & implement a performance management system.
- To implement & monitor Performance Reviews of trainee/probationers/Confirmed team members.
- To develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters.
4) Internal Operations & Communication:
- Oversee Company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met.
- Facilitate Internal Communications draft company newsletters, reports, pitch decks, speeches or presentations as needed.
- Collaborate with the management in driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs.
- Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning.
- Monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting.
- Research, benchmark, analyse data, and make recommendations where and when required.
- Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in HR, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications.
- Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.
- Write and submit reports to the Managing Director and senior management in all matters of importance.
- Perform all other tasks incidental to the job role
