Urgent Opening For Acquisition Manager - Vadodara

Role & responsibilities

The incumbent will be primarily responsible to -

• Acquire new customers for liabilies from open market
• Assist the CRS - unsecured loans for conversion of exisng borrowing customers for liabilies
• Enhance the relaonship with the exisng customers by cross-selling products and services as per the prole & need of the customers
• Train/assist customers to use ATM and BCs; drive usage of alternate channels 1. SIZE OF THE

ROLE FINANCIAL SIZE NON-FINANCIAL SIZE

• Target assigned as per the branch
• CASA Book as per the branch
• TD Book as per the branch
• Segment wise book (NR, Senior Cizen, HNI etc) as per the branch
• Number target for all the respecve products. • CA • SA • TD

Business

• Meet the set targets on liabilies in terms of open market acquision & exisng customer conversion
• Understand need and acquire customers who meet the criteria for liability products through either of the below channels:
• Leads generated by branch sta and personal leads
• Referrals generated from exisng customers
• Alternate channels
• Maintain the database of the prospects, meet select prospects and manage the relaonship thereaer
• Accompany CRS-Unsecured loans on the eld for acvely driving conversion of exisng borrowing customers into liabilies customer
• Cross sell other secured loan products of Ujjivan and pass quality leads to respecve loan ocers
• Share customer insights/product related feedback with the Sales Manager - Liabilies.
