MSMEvertical is a growing business for Ujjivan. The RelationshipManager will be an important position that will drive thisbusiness for the particular location.
Focusedcustomer acquisition of Working Capital - Fund Based & NonFund Based customers for Facility amount up to Rs. 10 Cr anddrive business.
Self-sourcingof potential customer. Conversion of Leads from Channel partners(DSA/Connector) and Ujjivan Staff referrals.
Focuson Relationship building with clients through cross sell of CA,TD, Insurance, Salary accounts, BNB and drive transactionsthrough Ujjivan
Coordinatedwith team members for the disbursement and work effectively forachieving assigned business targets
Portfoliomanagement like renewal, interest servicing etc.
SIZEOF THE ROLE
MonthlyBusiness volume as per the business target. Productivity ofaround 1.5 2 Cr Monthly Fresh Limit set-up
TimelyInterest serving, Regular Churning to prevent Delinquency
TimelyRenewal of existing customers, managing 20 40 customers
Coordinationwith Credit Manager for case approval and CAD and Operations forcase disbursement.
MaintainsDaily sales report and sharing with supervisor.
MaintainsDSA tracker for pay-out processing
KEYDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
Business/Financials
Daily/Weekly /Monthly monitoring of the accomplishment of targetsaccording to the annual/monthly targets established for branchesunder his/her responsibility
Implement,supervise and control effectiveness of commercial strategy toreach the productivity and growth targets established.
Customer(Both Internal & External)
Ensurecustomers are educated about all products/services offered byUjjivan.
Ensurelower customer attrition by providing different products as percustomer requirement.
Focuson lower TAT as per laid down standards.
InternalProcess
Monitorhealth of portfolio
Ensure,supervise the correct implementation of the credit proceduresincluding all the respective tools
Discussstrategies and changes in terms of products, capacity building,procedures etc.
Innovation& Learning
Ensureadherence to training man-days/ mandatory training programs forself
Ensuregoal-setting, mid-year review and annual appraisal process withinspecified timelines for self
Qualifications
MBA/ CA with 2 Year experience. In case of other Graduate, relevant4 year experience
Experience
2- 4 years in sales and documentation of working capital business.Mixed experience of Sales + Credit is acceptable, but should bepredominantly in sales
FunctionalSkills
Abilityto drive sales performance. Will be required to manage customersof MSME loan at Branch level.
Abilityto engage with customers, colleagues & agencies providingvaluation and legal opinion. Plan & execute Marketing andSales promotion for MSME loans
Awarenessabout different Liabilities, Insurance and loan products.
Abilityto speak and read regional language(s)- is desirable. Ability tocommunicate in English
