Cluster Manager-Housing Loans

Daily/Weekly /Monthly monitoring of the accomplishment of targets according to theannual/monthly targets established for the area and branches under his/herresponsibility to provide guidance and solutions to his/her team as required

Assigntargets and results on daily, weekly, monthly basis of portfolio of risk bydifferent categories such as days in arrears, number of installment due, amountwithin his/her region by area, branch, loan officer with the objective toidentify tendencies and risks.

SupportsLoan Officers- in his/her area in their duties of client visits, riskassessment and recovery strategies

Efficientstaffing by timely recruitment & training

Implement,supervise and control effectiveness of commercial strategy with his/her team toreach the productivity and growth targets established.

Approvedeviations and exceptions according to policy in place.

Ensure,supervise the correct implementation of the credit procedures including all the respective tools

Customer (BothInternal & External)

Ensure customersare educated about all products/services offered by Ujjivan.

Ensure lowercustomer attrition by providing different products as per customer requirement.

Focus on lower TATas per laid down standards.

Internal Process

Ensure compliancewith lending guidelines, quality framework and audit requirements; ensurespeedy resolution of any audit observations and take necessary steps to preventrecurrence audit and other regulations.

Monitor health of portfolio

Sanctioning of loans according to the policyin place.

Ensure, supervise the correct implementationof the credit procedures including allthe respective tools

Discuss strategies and changes in terms of products, capacitybuilding, procedures etc.

Innovation & Learning

Ensure that allmembers of his team are up to date on all relevant circulars and allproducts/services offered in the Branch

Evaluatethe staff competences in terms of promotion, business assessment and creditrisk assessment capacity and propose solutions for improvement

Ensure adherenceto training man-days/ mandatory training programs for self and reportees

Ensuregoal-setting, mid-year review and annual appraisal process within specifiedtimelines for self and reportees

Monitorperformance of staff against defined goals/metrics and take corrective actionwherever required; undertake disciplinary and attendance monitoring of HousingLoans team.
