Could that be youYour Mission As a Product Support Engineer, you will be responsible for UiPath product support during pre-sales and post-sales, addressing customer queries, troubleshooting issues, and gathering feedback to drive product improvements. What youll do at UiPath Serve as the primary contact for UiPath software support Assist UiPath customers to investigate, diagnose and resolve technical and product-related issues over email or phone Channel customer feedback to the product team for continuous improvement. Engage in continuous learning of the UiPath Suite. Participate in internal RPA automation initiatives. What youll bring to the team Must Have Technology B.E/B.TECH in Computer Science/or equivalent degree 2+ years of experience in Application Support or Product support Strong understanding of .NET (C# or VB)/ Java/Python/SQL/node-based programming Added Advantage Previous experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, and OpenSpan is highly desirable. Soft-Skills Very good communication and Customer Presentation Skills Fluent in written and spoken English.
