Assistant Manager - HR

Responsible for the entire gamut of HR activities which includes largely the following:

• Talent Acquisition/End-to-end Recruitment
• Talent and Stakeholder Management
• HR Operations
• HR MIS and Reports
• Special Projects/Employee Engagement
• Employee Relations
• Managing all key processes of employee lifecycle

Competencies Required:

• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Good MS Excel skills with an ability to manage MIS, reports and dashboards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proactive, self-starter with the ability to manage completion of multiple projects and initiatives for a timely and successful conclusion
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently and should have managed top level leadership/stakeholders independently
