Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced SAP Specialist to join our dynamic mentor team
- The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of SAP systems and processes including S4 Hana but also have a strong background in recruitment and interviewing, with a proven ability to attract, assess, and hire top talent
- Candidates applying for this position must have have technical experience in SAP in addition to interview skills
- Candidates will be conducting technical interviews and assessments to recruit top level talent in the SAP field
- Technical competence: Proficent in SAP including S4 Hana
- SAP System Implementation: Lead or participate in the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP systems to meet business needs, focusing on modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, or HCM.
- 2+ years of working experience related to the above skillsets.
- Business Process Optimization: Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for process improvements and translate these into SAP system enhancements.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending job offers.
- Interviewing: Coordinate and conduct interviews (both in-person and virtual), ensuring an effective and professional assessment of candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Candidate Experience: Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely updates, clear communication, and respectful engagement.
- Flexibility at their current job to take this challenge as a part-time, independent contractor
As an Interview Lead, you will be sourcing candidates, proper screening of candidates, and complete interviews. Leads will conduct 4-5 interviews (30 minutes) a day along with the sourcing and recruiting of candidates.
- Sourcing Candidates: U tilize a variety of channels to attract candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies
- Interviewing: Coordinate and conduct 4-5 daily interviews (virtual), ensuring an effective and professional assessment of candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
