Java Developer with SQL

We re looking for a software engineer to:
provide technology solutions to maintain and enhance an existing suite of applications within Finance (closely linked to HR processes)
help design, plan and deliver sustainable solutions using Azure Webapps, Java, React, REST API and PostgreSQL
join a small established team of developers in our office in Pune, working with IT and Business leads in Zurich and also the local Pune business team
providing technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new software projects and initiatives to support and enhance our existing applications
perform development, code reviews and test software as needed, along with participating in application architecture and design and other phases of SDLC
ensure that proper operational controls and procedures continue to be implemented when moving from test to production
contribute to the migration of applications from on-premise to Azure platform software engineer/developer focused on developing applications on PostgreSQL / Oracle, Java, Spring Boot, JSP
7 years of working experience
experience working with MS Azure cloud, ReactJS, docker, maven, git, CI/CD is an advantage
experience to know the importance of application of standards, methods, techniques and templates as defined by our SDLC
produce secure and clean code that is stable, operational, consistent and well-performing
support the QA role with a push to more automated testing
experience with Agile Methodology
