We are looking for a Sales Head stationed in north India who can build and drive growth in sales of our solution Outreach Enterprise.
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to build and drive growth in our Sales & Distribution/Downstream Supply Chain Management solution Outreach Enterprise.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with experience in the FMCG/CPG/Consumer Electronics industry, and will be responsible for managing the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve company sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our supply chain management solutions.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our solutions in the market.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our solutions.
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar sales role, preferably within the Sales & Distribution/Downstream Supply Chain Management solution industry.
- Deliver high-quality presentations to clients.
- Ability to grasp and quickly understand markets, methodologies, and techniques.
- Good organizer with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Sound analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and processes accurately.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills able to generate interest and engages the client during presentations.
- Ability to maintain a positive, motivational, 'get things done' attitude, especially when faced with difficult circumstances.
- Excellent sales/negotiation skills, commitment to customer satisfaction, and a hunger to develop new businesses.
- Achieves strategic customer objectives and account plans defined by company management.
- Good relationship-building skills (internal, external, and cross-cultural).
- Well-developed interpersonal skills for the internal and external clients; Problem-solving skills
