OIC ATP Lead

The OIC ATP Lead is responsible for overseeing the automation testing and performance engineering efforts within the organization. The role requires hands-on experience in test automation frameworks, performance testing strategies, and managing test teams to ensure high-quality software delivery. The Lead will also act as the OIC (Officer in Charge) for ATP-related activities, ensuring seamless coordination between development, QA, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Test Automation Leadership:
Develop and implement automation testing strategies and frameworks.
Lead a team of automation engineers, guiding best practices in test automation.
Maintain and enhance automated test scripts for regression, functional, and integration testing.
Collaborate with developers to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Performance Testing & Optimization:
Define and execute performance testing strategies for applications and infrastructure.
Utilize tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar for load and stress testing.
Analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
Work with DevOps teams to monitor application performance in production.
Team & Process Management:
Manage ATP team activities, ensuring timely test execution and defect resolution.
Coordinate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to define test requirements.
Establish test metrics, reporting standards, and quality assurance guidelines.
Drive continuous improvements in testing processes, tools, and team capabilities.
