Customer Service Associate

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner.
Address customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account-related issues.
Resolve customer complaints and issues, offering solutions in accordance with company policies.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, technical support) to resolve customer issues effectively.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Provide feedback on customer trends and concerns to improve customer service processes.
Assist customers with troubleshooting or navigating company website and services.
Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and resolve any remaining issues.
Ensure adherence to company service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.
