UI / UX Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, backed by a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform and refine design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with business goals.
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.
• Continuously improve designs based on feedback and user insights.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in UI/UX design.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
• Experience in usability testing, user research methods, and analytics tools.
• Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
