About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team working on the WorkWall application and website. As a key contributor, you will collaborate with the founders and cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and implement intuitive user interfaces and experiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with founders and the product team to conceptualize and design new functionalities and features for the WorkWall platform.
• Create high-quality UI/UX designs using Figma, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
• Develop design systems and components that integrate seamlessly with React-based templates.
• Ensure design consistency and responsiveness across various screen sizes and devices.
• Work with basic Webflow knowledge for prototyping or design-to-development handoff.
• Translate concepts into user stories and workflows using JIRA.
• Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and iterate designs to improve usability.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to bring innovation to the product.

Requirements

• Education: Degree or certification in UI/UX design from reputable institutions like NIFT or equivalent.
• Expertise in Figma: Proficient in using Figma for prototyping, wireframing, and creating pixel-perfect designs.
• UI/UX Concepts: Strong understanding of design principles, user psychology, and interaction design.
• Basic knowledge of React-based templates for designing and integrating components.
• Familiarity with Webflow for web prototyping and basic understanding of its capabilities.
• Experience with JIRA for adding user stories and managing workflows.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with the founders and engineering team.
• Ability to manage time efficiently, meet deadlines, and adapt to project requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in designing SaaS platforms or tech marketplaces.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS or front-end frameworks is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and projects.
