Role Overview

Proso.ai is seeking a skilled Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Consultant to help streamline and optimize project management processes for our clients. The Oracle PPM module offers robust tools to manage the entire project lifecycle, and we are looking for an expert who can leverage its capabilities to align projects with organizational goals, control costs, and ensure successful delivery.

As an Oracle PPM Consultant, you will play a key role in configuring, analyzing, and enhancing PPM workflows while providing expert guidance to internal teams. You will also drive integration efforts within the Oracle ecosystem to ensure enterprise-wide collaboration and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current Oracle PPM configurations and workflows, providing expert advice to align with best practices.
• Optimize project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation processes for maximum efficiency.
• Oversee budgeting and cost management, ensuring accurate financial tracking and reporting.
• Identify and resolve issues related to project tracking, time management, and task execution.
• Monitor project performance using dashboards and KPIs, providing insights to enhance decision-making.
• Integrate Oracle PPM with other Oracle ERP and EPM modules to enable seamless enterprise-wide collaboration.
• Deliver training and support to internal teams for improved system adoption and user experience.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements for project and financial management.
• Provide tailored recommendations to enhance project management processes and drive business outcomes.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) module implementation and configuration.
• Strong understanding of project planning, resource management, budgeting, and cost control processes.
• Hands-on expertise in performance monitoring tools, dashboards, and reporting within Oracle PPM.
• Ability to identify system inefficiencies and provide customized solutions for project optimization.
• Experience integrating Oracle PPM with Oracle ERP/EPM systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Experience delivering user training and ensuring smooth system adoption.
