Inviting applications for Analyst / Assistant Manager, Graphic + UX designer
We are looking for a Graphic + UX designer who can create/define user-centric design solutions. As a creative designer the responsibilities include creating effective communications, executive presentations, marcomm material, print media, logo design. UI/UX designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing responsive web applications and dashboards. To be successful in the above role, you should have strong communication and designing skills
Key Requirements
• Proven work experience in Graphic/Visual Design and User Experience Design
• Ability to communicate design rationale to stakeholders and continuously advocate for the end user
• The desired candidate should be open-minded, creative, self-critical, flexible and adaptable
• Deep understanding of the human-centered design process
• Ability to define and design user-centric software solutions
• Knowledge in the heuristic evaluation and expert review methods
• Experienced in requirement gathering with customers to determine software use cases and requirements.
• Excellent collaboration skills teaming with clients, analysts, developers, and fellow designers
• Ability to implement the visual design established branding and data visualizations to produce modern, compelling software solutions
• Ability to work with the senior leads and provide the right design solutions
• Should be agile to adapt to any kind of project with challenging requirements in terms of meeting CTQs

Qualifications
• Masters/Bachelors in design
• Proficient with popular design tools such as Photoshop, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision and PowerPoint
• Familiar with Adobe Premiere Pro or any other video editing software
• Certification in the field of user experience will be preferred
• Understanding of design thinking
• Passion to explore new design trends and tools
