D2C OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

As a D2C Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our direct-to-consumer operations, including sales channel management and fulfillment processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to optimize website functionality, product listings, and online promotions
Manage inventory levels, stock availability, and replenishment strategies
Continuously improve order processing workflows to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
Prepare regular reports on sales, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction metrics.
